Aaron Z Cohen

Aaron Cohen is a native of Center City Philadelphia. In 2008, Aaron formed Citizen & Company to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in real estate, hospitality and consumer products. He has more than ten years of experience in diverse commercial real estate functions and entrepreneurial business development.

For the previous five years prior to forming Citizen & Company, Aaron served in a development management capacity for Brandywine Realty Trust. At Brandywine, Aaron was involved in various Center City Philadelphia-based initiatives including the development and planning of transformative mixed use projects along both the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers. These investments included the redevelopment of the Main US Post Office, the Annex Buildings at 30th Street Station, as well as, the largest swath of privately owned land along the central Delaware riverfront.

Citizen & Company is currently engaged as a development manager and partner in the catalytic redevelopment of a transit oriented project in Camden, NJ, which will include the development of the city of Camden's first new full service grocery, market rate workforce housing and commercial complex in a generation.

Aaron is also the owner of GLACIER Suncare, a unique mineral-based sunscreen product line available online and nationwide at grocers including over 200 ShopRite stores. GLACIER Suncare has transformed the sun care industry by being the first purpose-built sun protection brand.

Aaron received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University with a major in Architecture. He also holds a Master Degree in City Planning and a Degree Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development from a joint program between the Wharton School of Business and the Graduate School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. Aaron still lives in Center City Philadelphia.
